UNDERSTANDING CHAKRAS
The word chakra is a Sanskrit word that means energy vortex or wheel. These are the ports to connect to the Divine Life Force, GOD SOURCE ENERGY or Creator⏤which is different from the Lord/God (but that’s a different story).
We each have several chakras, depending on your spiritual foundation. Some believe that there are 144 chakras; others state only 34. No matter which philosophy you follow, they all have the primary seven that manage our body's energy from our spine's base to the top of our head.
Then there are five additional chakras in our auric field that affect our mood and what we attract or create in life. They reflect what we hold in our subconscious mind and regulate who we connect to in the Super Conscious mind (AKA: GOD SOURCE ENERGY).
Each chakra supports and establishes our overall health and wellbeing. For optimal health, the chakra energy wheels need to be aligned, cleared, and balanced. When these energy centers are imbalanced, physical and emotional disturbances occur.
EARTH’S CHAKRA SYSTEM
This is also true with Mother Gaia Earth, there are ultra-fine electrical currents. These electrical currents are also known as Grids; in the Eastern cultures, "Dragon Lines." The South American Shaman's referred to them as "Spirit Lines." In Australia, the ancient Aboriginals called them “Dream Lines.”
These lines of electric currents similarly coil around the Earth as a strand of DNA. In 1921, archaeologist Alfred Watkins noticed that ancient sites, at different points around the world all fell into a sort of alignment; he named these lines as "Ley Lines" which run around the world. The Ley Lines intersect at vortex points⏤high concentrations of electrical charge.
These intersection points are the Earth Chakras⏤Mother Gaia’s Energy Vortex. These points along the Ley Lines are perfectly aligned with astrological constellations and home of the most sacred temples and monuments globally; including the Egyptian Pyramids, Machu Picchu, Stonehenge, and Angkor Wat. If you looked at the civilizations at these monument sights it seemed they understood the energy and power of these "Spirit Lines." It helps you to understand how these points are possibly Mother Gaia chakras. So, let’s start with this World Earth Chakra balance exercise.
MOTHER GAIA CHAKRA BALANCING MEDITATIONS
(Warning: These meditations should only be done by individuals who are familiar with cleansing and balancing their own chakras⏤this exercise will make you more sensitive to energy effects in the world).
The following is a list of the earth's vortex points and the names of the chakra points. As you read about the point, visualize your body's corresponding chakra point as you look at the picture. Breathe through this point and connect with that place on the Earth through the chakra vortex point. You can also use the Chakra Affirmations noted in the Soul Ascending Chakra Cleansing booklet.
Root Chakra – Red (base of your spine) – soil - Mt. Shasta, California, USA
Mt. Shasta is a Mountain Range that runs from Northern California into Oregon and up to the Canadian border. Mt. Shasta is an electrically charged mountain. This area is believed to be the base of Mother Gaia's energy system.
*Breathe in and look at the picture, open your root chakra and state the affirmation: “The Earth and I are whole, supported and connected.”
Sacral Chakra – Orange (pelvis) – water- Lake Titicaca, Peru-Bolivia, South America
The Titicaca Stone is the geometrical center for the Sacral Chakra of Mother Earth. The surrounding area of Machu Picchu, Cuzco and Iquitos are also believed to have a very high energy.
*Breathe in and look at the picture, open your sacral chakra and state the affirmation: “I am connected with the creative source and power of Mother/Father God within me and in the Earth.”
Solar Plexus Chakra – Yellow – (stomach area) – fire- Uluru- Kata Tjuta, Australia
Uluru and an area called Kata Tjuta is sacred to the native Aboriginals today. It is the Solar Plexus Chakra of the earth.
*Breath in and look at the picture, open your Solar chakra and state the affirmation: “The Earth and I express our power with peacefulness and inviting energy.”
Heart Chakra – Green (Heart area) – air – Strongest Point Stonehenge, England
Stonehenge and the surrounding areas of Glastonbury, Somerset, Shaftesbury, and Dorset all form the Heart Chakra of Mother Gaia. Where Stonehenge is constructed is the most vital point of all of Mother Gaia’s energy points, similar to our chakra point.
*Breath in and look at the picture, open your Heart chakra and state the affirmation: “I am open to love and I express love freely to all.”
Throat Chakra – Blue – (throat) – sound - The Great Pyramid, Jerusalem, Mt. Sinai and Mt. of Olives (Middle East)
The Throat Chakra encompasses the Great Pyramid, Mt. Sinai, and the Mount of Olives, located in Jerusalem. The Throat Chakra is one of the largest energy centers on Earth, which indicates its importance at this time in our history.
*Breath in and look at the picture, open your throat chakra and state the affirmation: “I speak my truth while Mother vibrates hers, we both do it with ease.”
Third Eye Chakra – Indigo - (forehead in-between your eyes)
The Third Eye Chakra is the only one that moves, this is due to the movement of Earth’s axis. The Third Eye Chakra moves every 150-200 years or every aeon. These eons are also lined up with astrological constellations. Currently it is believed that this point is in Glastonbury, England.
*Breath in and envision the earth in the picture, open your Third Eye Chakra and state the affirmation: “The Earth and I are intuitively receiving information from GOD SOURCE ENERGY and I trust the process.”
Crown Chakra – Purple – (Crown of our head) - Consciousness - Mt. Kailas, Tibet
Mt. Kailash is a sacred mountain in the Himalayas and is located in Tibet. This is the Crown Chakra of Mother Gaia and is believed to be connected to the Scorpio Full Moon. (We've also studied the power of the Scorpio Moon and how to harness it at one of our Full Moon Ceremonies). Scorpio is connected to the idea of death and rebirth similar to the death of the old self and rebirth that occurs when we as humans experience opening this chakra point.
*Breath in and look at the picture, open your Crown Chakra and state the affirmation: “The Earth and I are connected and supported by the Divine every moment of every day.”
I hope you enjoyed these mediations and affirmation exercises to help balance the Earth’s Chakra points. Be sure to drink water after this exercise. The more you do this activity, the easier it will become and the more sensitive and aware you will become to the energies of the world.
